2025年度募集要項
ビクトリア日本友好協会のコミュニティー助成金制度は、その活動を通して、ビクトリア日本人・日系人社会の文化的並びに社会的発展に貢献することを志す会員又は団体を援助するための制度です。助成金の上限は$500です。
団体申し込みの場合は少なくとも代表者１人が会員であることを原則とします。選考は理事会で行われます。
選考を通過した活動・プロジェクトの内容を申請者の承諾を得て「さくら通信」で発表することがあります（BC Privacy Actに従って、申請者の個人情報を公表することはありません）。
助成対象者：ビクトリアで非営利の活動をしている友好協会会員、もしくは団体。
申請締め切り：2025年12月31日
申請方法：下記の申請書に必要事項を記入し、info@vjfs.caにお送りください。
結果通知： 選考結果は 2026年2月28日までに協会よりe-mailで通知します。助成対象に選ばれた方 / 団体には助成金が2026年3月31日までに郵送（小切手）或は e-transferされます。

2025 Academic Year Application Guidelines
The Victoria Japan Friendship Society Community Grant Program is designed to assist members or groups who aim to contribute to the cultural and social development of the Japanese and Japanese-Canadian community in Victoria through their activities. The maximum grant amount is $500.
For group applications, at least one representative must be a member. Selection will be conducted by the Board of Directors.
Activities and projects that pass the selection process may be featured in the Sakura Newsletter with the applicant’s consent (in accordance with the BC Privacy Act, applicants’ personal information will not be disclosed).
Eligible Recipients: Members or organizations of the Friendship Association engaged in non-profit activities in Victoria.
Application Deadline: December 31, 2025
Application Method: Fill out the required information on the application form below and send it to info@vjfs.ca
Notification of Results: Selection results will be notified by email from the Association by February 28, 2026. Grant recipients will receive their grant funds by March 31, 2026, either by mail (check) or e-transfer.

若い世代への助成プログラム
2025年度募集要項
ビクトリア日本友好協会の日本語を学習している若い世代への助成金プログラムの目的は、学習者に自分の興味のあることや経験した事などを日本語で表現し、発表する機会を与えることにより、日本語学習を奨励することです。日本語を学習しているビクトリアヘリテッジ日本語学校の生徒 及び日本友好協会会員のお子さんが対象です。
入選者の作文は日本友好協会のニュースレター、「さくら通信」に掲載します。
助成対象者：ビクトリア・ヘリテッジ日本語学校の生徒、日本語を勉強している日本友好協会会員の子女（18歳未満）
申請締め切り： 2025年12月31日
入選者数： 5名まで
1人当たりの助成金： $100
申請方法： 応募を希望する学習者は白色のノート用紙、印刷用紙(8.5”x11”）又は原稿用紙に黒いペンまたは濃い鉛筆を使用し、題名と本文（200−500字）を本人の直筆で書いてください。その原稿に氏名、年齢、カナダ在住年数を付記し、原稿をスキャンして（スマホで撮った写真でも可）、画像ファイルをinfo@vjfs.ca宛てにE-mailしてください。
結果通知： 選考結果は 2026年2月28日までに協会よりE-mailで通知します。
入選者には助成金$100が2026年3月31日までに郵送（小切手）或は e-transferされます。
