二点が確認できましたら、ご入会手続き完了となります。
お引越し、メールアドレスの変更など会員情報に変更が生じた際は、info@vjfs.caまでご一報ください。

ご入会にあたってのご注意

当会の年会費は【毎年4月1日から翌年3月31日まで】の1年間分として一律で設定されています。
入会時期に関わらず、年度途中のご入会でも年会費は全額をお支払いいただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
例えば、1月にご入会いただいた場合でも、会費は翌年3月末までの同一金額となります。
年度の途中での退会・不参加の場合も、会費の返金はいたしかねますので、ご理解の上でお申し込みください。

皆さまに公平な運営を行うため、何卒ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

　Notes on Membership　

The annual membership fee is set at a flat rate for one year from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
Please note that the full amount of the annual membership fee must be paid regardless of when you join, even if you join in the middle of the fiscal year.
For example, even if you enroll in January, the membership fee will be the same until the end of March of the following year.
Please understand that the membership fee will not be refunded in the event of withdrawal or non-participation in the middle of the fiscal year.
